Order and contract terms for the online store<\/strong><\/h4>

1. Terms of contract<\/b><\/p>

These order and agreement terms (hereinafter \u201cterms and conditions\u201d) apply to Likiliike Sodankyl\u00e4’s online store (hereinafter \u201conline store\u201d) operating at https:\/\/sodankyla.likiliike.fi\/kauppa<\/a>, which is operated by Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t ry, Business ID 2624587-4 (hereinafter referred to as \u201cSodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t\u201d). By using the online store, you accept these terms and conditions and undertake to comply with them when doing business in the online store.<\/p>

When ordering products from the online store, an agreement on the sale of products is created between you and Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t, to which these terms and conditions apply. By placing an order in the online store, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions before concluding the contract. This is re-confirmed when you check the box on the order form under ”I have read and accept the terms and conditions for the site”.\u00a0 Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t confirms the end of the transaction by sending a receipt and\/or order confirmation to the e-mail address provided on the order form.\u00a0 An agreement is also created when you receive the product you ordered without a receipt or order confirmation.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t has the right to change these terms and conditions by publishing the updated terms and conditions on the e-commerce website. Your order is subject to the terms and conditions published on the website when you place your order. Therefore, always read the valid terms and conditions before placing an order.<\/p>

2. Processing of personal data and cookies<\/b><\/p>

The personal information provided in your order is stored in the order register maintained by Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t. Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t has the right to store and use the personal data provided in the order to the extent necessary to fulfill the agreement. This right is valid until all obligations related to the trade have been fulfilled. In the case of a gift card, the right is valid until the gift card has been used and the amount used has been credited to the store where the gift card has been used. However, the right expires at the latest when the gift card has expired and it is clear that the gift card has not been used during its validity. The online store uses cookies, which enable the tracking of visitors to the website. Some cookies improve the technical usability of the online store and make it easier for you to do business in the online store. Other cookies are from third-parties (e.g. Google Analytics and Facebook-pixel), which allow the collection of statistical data of online store customers and products. Cookie information is not combined with the customer information we collect, but is only used on a general level. If you wish, you can disable the use of cookies in your internet browser settings. However, as disabling may affect the proper functioning of the online store, we recommend that you allow cookies when you shop in our online store.<\/p>

The online store uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. to help a site to analyse how visitors use that site. 3.\u00a0<\/b>Ordering in the online store<\/strong><\/p>

To order from the online store, you must comply with the online store terms and conditions and provide complete and correct information about yourself. Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t is not responsible if, due to incorrect information, you do not receive your order or information and documents related to the order.<\/p>

The following conditions apply to the use and validity of the gift card, unless otherwise stated in the online store for each product for one or more conditions:<\/p>

The gift card is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. The validity period is usually also stated on the gift card.<\/p>

Expired gift cards will not be redeemed.<\/p>

The gift card cannot be used for alcohol, nicotine or betting products.<\/p>

The gift card must be used in full in one purchase; any difference will not be refunded.<\/p>

The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.<\/p>

The gift card cannot be returned. However, the customer has a temporary right of cancellation as defined below.<\/p>

Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t is not responsible for the product or service that is purchased with the gift card.\u00a0 A contract for a product or service is created between the user of the gift card and the retailer of the product \/ service.<\/p>

The gift card is only useable in those shops that are member stores of Likiliike Sodankyl\u00e4 when the gift card is bought.\u00a0 A list of valid Likiliike Sodankyl\u00e4 member shops can be checked at https:\/\/sodankyla.likiliike.fi\/loyda-likiliike\/<\/a><\/p>

Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t does not guarantee that a business that is a member of Likiliike Sodankyl\u00e4 when a gift card is purchased, will remain a member for the duration of the gift card.<\/p>

Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.<\/p>

It is customer\u2019s responsibility to pay Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t the price of the products you have ordered. If Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t does not receive payment for the gift card provided, Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t has the right to cancel the gift card.<\/p>

Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t shall not be liable for delays or damages resulting from an obstacle beyond its control, which it could not reasonably have foreseen, or the consequences of which it could not have avoided. Such force majeure is considered to be e.g. industrial action, illness of staff, ban on imports and exports, disruption of public communications, power outage, fire, disruption of mail or road traffic, natural disaster, war and epidemic of infectious disease.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

4. Clear pricing errors<\/b><\/p>

Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t reserves the right to cancel the order in case of a clear and material price error. This means a pricing error in an online store in such a way that the price displayed in the online store differs so significantly and clearly from the normal price level of the product that the average consumer must be considered to have understood the error in question.\u00a0 A clear price error would be considered, for example, that the price of a product is 0.00 (zero) euros, and also that the price of the gift card is below the nominal value of the card without the online store’s sale or other discount pricing.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

5. Delivery of products and delivery costs<\/b><\/p>

Each manufacturer of Liki-Tuote products delivers its own products. You can therefore only order products from one manufacturer with one order. If you want to order products from several different manufacturers, place a separate order for each manufacturer’s products. Delivery costs are charged separately for each shipment. Delivery costs are charged when ordering.<\/p>

The products will be delivered to the address provided, by the delivery method you have chosen in the order. Gift cards will be delivered by email to the email address you provided.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

6. Complaints and other contact<\/b><\/p>

If you want to complain about the product, delivery of a product or other matters related to the online store, please contact Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t by e-mail at sodankyla@likiliike.fi<\/a>. However, if the complaint concerns a product or service purchased with a gift card, you should contact the retailer of the product or service directly.\u00a0 \u00a0You must report any shipping damage no later than seven (7) days after receiving the product. Subsequent reports of transport damage will not be accepted.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

7. Right of withdrawal for the consumer <\/b><\/p>

You (does not apply to business customers) have the right to cancel the transaction and receive\u00a0 the amount you paid for the product within 14 days. You must notify Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t in writing of the cancellation within the specified period and return the unused product to Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t within 14 days. Instructions for returning the product can be found in the online store at https:\/\/sodankyla.likiliike.fi\/kauppa\/<\/a>. Customers must pay the return costs themselves.<\/p>

Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t will refund the price you paid within 14 days of returning the unused product. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for your order. However, Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t will not refund the fee charged for home delivery, express delivery or other similar additional delivery service. Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t will return payment to the card from which the payment was made.<\/p>

The right of refund does not apply, inter alia, to sealed goods, which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after opening the package, or to goods made or modified according to your requirements or clearly made to suit personal needs (e.g. engraved jewellery). 8. Intellectual property rights<\/b><\/p>

The online store and its content, including texts, images, videos, product information, tables, trademarks and logos, are protected by the copyrights and other intellectual property rights of Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t or its partners. \u00a0Unauthorised copying or other use is prohibited.<\/p>

9. Confidentiality<\/b><\/p>

Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t is obliged to keep confidential and not to disclose to third parties, the information you provide when placing your order. However, Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t has the right to provide this information to those parties who participate in the delivery of the order or the use of the gift card. Such entities include, but are not limited to, the manufacturer whose product is covered by the order and who delivers the product, and the seller whose product or service is used to purchase the gift card. The obligation of confidentiality does not apply if the disclosure of information is based on Finnish legislation.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

10. Applicable law and dispute resolution<\/b><\/p>

The agreement is governed by Finnish law, except for provisions of international privacy law.<\/p>

It is the responsibility of the parties to resolve disputes related to the agreement through negotiations. If the disputes cannot be resolved in this way, the disputes will be resolved in the first instance through the lower court at the home municipality of Sodankyl\u00e4n Yritt\u00e4j\u00e4t.<\/p>

In case of disagreement, you can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (does not apply to business customers). We recommend that you contact Consumer Advice before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.
